Towards the end of the session children will be asked to stop playing, charge their devices and select some snack foods and drink provided which they will stay in the room to eat, before leaving to meet their parents/carers in the waiting area. This structure will be repeated every week. Parents can provide individual food if needed / preferable.

Group activities run in 5 weekly cycles. All groups are inclusive, and allow the ticket holder to 'bring a friend’ at no extra cost.

To register, ticket holders must pay a non-refundable $200 booking fee, which enables them to attend some or all of the 5 sessions.

The cost of the weekly session is then payable via emailed invoice to the ticket holder after they have attended each session.

Parents of ticket-holders with high support needs must stay on site, or organise a carer should the participant require support in any of the following areas:

1) toileting

2) demonstrating safe behaviour

3) mobility

4) understanding and following simple verbal instructions delivered in a group setting

There is a separate kitchen area available for carers to go to should they need to be ‘on-call’ but not in the same room. Coffee and tea is available for parents/carers choosing or needing to stay on site.
